Powerglide Premium Upgrade Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Powerglide Elevators Ltd, New Zealand (“Powerglide”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs during the Auckland Home Show - 10-13 September 2026. Entries open when the QR code is scanned and the e‑letter registration form is completed. The prize draw will take place during the week of 14 September 2026.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Powerglide, its agents, contractors, and immediate families are not eligible.

  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed at Powerglide’s discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Scan the promotional QR code at the Auckland Home Show; and

  2. Register for the Powerglide e‑letter using a valid email address. Registrants may unsubscribe from the e-letter at any time.

Incomplete or invalid registrations will not be accepted.

5. Prize – Premium Upgrade

The winner will receive a Premium Upgrade applicable to residential Powerglide elevators only:

  • If the winner purchases an A‑Series, they will be upgraded to an S‑Series.

  • If the winner purchases an S‑Series, they will be upgraded to an E‑Series.

The upgrade applies to the elevator package only and excludes any additional building works, electrical work, structural modifications, or other third‑party costs.

6. Redemption Conditions

  • To redeem the upgrade, the winner must place an order and pay the required deposit within 12 months of the prize draw date.

  • The upgrade is valid for one residential elevator order only.

  • The prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

  • If the winner chooses not to proceed with an elevator purchase, the prize is forfeited.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be selected at random and notified by email using the address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, Powerglide may redraw the prize.

8. Verification

Powerglide may request proof of identity, residency, or eligibility before confirming the prize.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to Powerglide storing their details for the purpose of administering the promotion and sending the e‑letter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Powerglide’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

  • Powerglide reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Powerglide’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Powerglide is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect contact details supplied by entrants.

  • Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powerglide is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of the promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
